To secure your date, an upfront payment of 50% of the fee is required, payable by cash or Venmo. This payment reserves your date. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the initial payment. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule and the new date is available, we will accommodate the change at no additional cost.

We do not provide chairs, tables, tablecloths, or other wedding, reception, or party supplies. Since it’s impossible for us to store the variety of items needed for customized events, we recommend Queen Events Utah as our preferred vendor. They offer everything from full-service event planning to individual rental products for any occasion. Plus, they handle delivery and pickup directly at our venue, so you don’t have to be present—we’ll take care of the coordination for you!

If you’d rather bring your own supplies, that’s absolutely fine. We are a DIY-friendly venue, giving you the flexibility to design your wedding or event exactly as you envision—whether it’s simple and rustic or elegant and upscale. Our space is a blank canvas for you to create your dream celebration.

You’re welcome to use anything in the barn for your event, or it can be stored away. Furniture against the barn walls is available for use, and we typically have hay bales that can serve as decorations or be covered to suit your theme. Please note, however, that the hay bales must remain in the barn.

Our venue has hosted a wide variety of food services to suit every occasion.  From food trucks set up right next to the barn to client-arranged barbecues, homemade family dishes, and even sushi for a special event, the possibilities are endless—limited only by your imagination and budget.

No, we’ve always encouraged our clients to consider a valet service for their family and guests, if they wish. While our venue offers a long driveway and ample parking is available at the school across the street, it’s been delightful to see the creative ways our clients transport their guests. From golf carts and side-by-sides to horse-drawn carriages, mini buses, and vintage vehicles, these unique options add a special touch to the day.

While it’s not a necessity, we suggest embracing the opportunity to make the experience even more memorable for your guests.
